IT ALL STARTS WITH THE UNDERSTANDING

Hello folks have you ever asked yourself why you don't get the results you are meant to get?, or not willing to do what should do?, i have even heard someone tell me " i don't know why i am not willing to do this even though it is very important. thats the reason for this post.  Just relax  and chill we are about to debug somethings and make things lighter for you to see.

Lets look at some instances in the bible.  I love the bible because there are a lot of inspiring lessons for us all to learn.

JUDGES 4:1-7(MSG TRANSLATION)

1 The People of Israel kept right on doing evil in God's sight. With Ehud dead, 

2 God sold them off to Jabin king of Canaan who ruled from Hazor. Sisera, who lived in Harosheth Haggoyim, was the commander of his army. 

3 The People of Israel cried out to God because he had cruelly oppressed them with his nine hundred iron chariots for twenty years. 

4 Deborah was a prophet, the wife of Lappidoth. She was judge over Israel at that time. 

5 She held court under Deborah's Palm between Ramah and Bethel in the hills of Ephraim. The People of Israel went to her in matters of justice. 

6She sent for Barak son of Abinoam from Kedesh in Naphtali and said to him, "It has become clear that God, the God of Israel, commands you: Go to Mount Tabor and prepare for battle. Take ten companies of soldiers from Naphtali and Zebulun. 

7 I'll take care of getting Sisera, the leader of Jabin's army, to the Kishon River with all his chariots and troops. And I'll make sure you win the battle." 

In grossomodo, all that was happening here was they were to go for a certain battle so deborah called for barak and gave him his own assignment, but watch what happened in the next verse.

VERSE 8

 8 Barak said, "If you go with me, I'll go. But if you don't go with me, I won't go."

Take note of what balak said, it sounds like some of us expressing our fears. But see Deborah's response.

VERSE 9

9 She said, "Of course I'll go with you. But understand that with an attitude like that, there'll be no glory in it for you. God will use a woman's hand to take care of Sisera." 

This is the main thing. The reason why we express fear, we don't really have the results we ought to have, we are not really passionate of what we should to be passionate about is simply because of 

our understanding.  

IT ALL STARTS WITH THE UNDERSTANDING.

That is why Deborah being a woman of understanding had to attack the fears of balak from the root course which is HIS UNDERSTANDING. When you do something what is the understanding behind what you are doing or do even know they ought to be an understanding before embarking on anything. It takes understanding to withstand adversity. once that understanding is there it push you to do what you ought to do there by producing the results you want to see. Let me tell you honestly man fears what he has no accurate and precised understanding of. Once there is an accurate understanding of a subject matter, man's fear turns to faith(believe) which eventually produces the result he wants to see. seek to understan why you must do something before embarking on that thing.

To conclude, IT'S YOUR UNDERSTANDING THAT GIVES YOU THE STANDING.  

In other words that word standing there actually means stamina, resistance, against all odds.
